The headset steam sterilization chamber is a special device for sterilizing laboratory headsets using hydrogen peroxide, mainly composed of a chamber body, fresh air system, exhaust system, circulation system, hydrogen peroxide steam evaporation system, and electrical control system.
Compared to traditional headset steaming equipment and other sterilization cabinets, it has the following advantages:
- The inner cavity is made of 316L stainless steel plate welded to ensure the smoothness of the box surface, which is easy to clean and sterilize;
- The box is designed with rounded corners and an inclined design, which is more conducive to cleaning and sterilization, ensuring aseptic requirements;
- The box seal standard is designed according to the highest standards of the isolator industry, ensuring that the leakage of hydrogen peroxide steam to the room during the sterilization process is reduced to an extremely low level, ensuring the safety of the sterilization process.
- The interior of the headset steam sterilization chamber can be customized according to the needs of the party A, which is convenient for the reasonable loading and effective sterilization of the sterilization headset.
- It uses an integrated hydrogen peroxide steam sterilization system, with internal air circulation during sterilization, which can sterilize all corners inside the headset steam sterilization chamber, avoiding sterilization dead corners;
- Sterilization at room temperature and pressure, high safety, suitable for the sterilization of most materials;
